Do
you sell wholesale?
All Paws is strictly a retailer of upscale pet products. We currently
do not sell any of our items wholesale.
What is my pet's size?
We cannot tell you your pet's size based on its breed or weight,
as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes. All of our
collars, harnesses and pet apparel are sized in inches. Many manufacturers
vary somewhat on their sizing, so please measure your pet carefully
and order accordingly for each product.
What
is your exchange + return policy?
If any All Paws website purchase fails to meet your expectations,
simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused
condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange
or store credit.
Please
do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange.
If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that
order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise.
Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can
be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee
your satisfaction.
We
encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as
we allow one complimentary exchange per item*. After one exchange,
each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling
fee of $12. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept
returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns
COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
*All
exchanges for international orders will be charged an international
shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return
and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For
your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by US
Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please
note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise
and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back
to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new
condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, special occasion
+ formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be
exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item.
After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping
& handling fee of $12.

What's your policy on custom orders?
Please be sure to measure your pets properly and proofread any names
carefully, as all custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or
returned. These include personalized items and special orders, as
well as any item that is noted as a custom order on the item page.
Custom orders will be shipped directly from the designers and may
take up to eight weeks for delivery.
How do I use my credit?
You may redeem your credit within one year of the issue date by
entering your credit code in the "Coupon/Credit/Gift Certificate
Code" field during checkout for your next order. Please note
that your order amount, not including shipping or tax, must equal
or exceed the amount of your credit. To redeem your credit, you
also must be signed in to your account. If you do not yet have an
account, you may sign up for one by clicking on "your account"
in the top menu bar of the website.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 14 days for in-stock, non-serviced
items. Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers or
oversize items may take longer. Our shipping prices are based on
amount of total purchase. Orders are charged in full upon first
shipment of merchandise. Items ordered together may not arrive in
the same box.
In
order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, many of our items
are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often
shipped in a number of separate packages via UPS and/or the US Postal
Service. Many of our items are hand-finished per order and may take
the full 14 days for delivery. For an additional charge, some items
can be shipped overnight or delivered via messenger within Manhattan.

What is your standard method of shipping?
We usually ship orders via UPS (domestic). We ask that our customers
please provide shipping addresses that can accept UPS shipments.
We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request but please understand
that these packages cannot be tracked and may take additional time
for delivery.
For
your protection, items shipped to US destinations directly from
All Paws are shipped via UPS Home Delivery Signature Service. If
you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package,
we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business,
or any location where someone can sign for your package. If you
would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate
this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand
that All Paws cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages
delivered without a signature.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges* are based on the total amount of your order.
They are as follows:
For orders up to $40, shipping is $8
For orders from $41 to $80, shipping is $12
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $16
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $21
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35
For orders over $800, shipping within the continental US is complimentary
*For international shipments, add $25 to standard shipping rates.
Why am I being charged for shipping?
We are a small company and unfortunately cannot offer complimentary
shipping on our orders under $800. In order to offer our large selection,
many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources,
and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages. As
a result, one order often arrives in more than one shipment which
results in having to charge for shipping. Many of our items are
produced per order and while they may take the full 14 days for
delivery, are often shipped via overnight or 2-day service. Rather
than raise our product prices, we have done our best to keep our
shipping prices at a minimum while offering the largest selection
possible, despite raised rates from UPS, and the US Postal Service.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal
check or money order?
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order.
When sending us your order, please be sure to include all product
information (name of product, size, color/style) and shipping information
(name, address, phone number and email address). Also be sure to
add the necessary shipping charges to your total purchase. For NY
State residents, sales tax of 8.625% must also be added. Please
understand that orders paid for with a check will take additional
time, as these orders are not shipped until your check has cleared.

Order Cancellations + Changes
All Paws strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible.
If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may
cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has
been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change
to allpawsonline.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.
Please note: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled
or changed at any time. We encourage you to measure your pet as
accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation
for any errors or typos. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for
the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.
Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due
to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing
incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone
and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer
will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30%
restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on
your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive
your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request
of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable
packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
